Operation Manager(Shenzhen)

Our client, a pre-opening luxury club is currently looking for operation manager.


This role needs to assist leader in daily operations, especially focusing on event (in-house & external), including planning, organizing, execution and post-event evaluations; meanwhile, take good care of members, offering interesting and unique experience on food and beverage; keep improving the service and offering by members’ comments and suggestions; participate actively in the member and owner service with other team members to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded

Major Task:

  • Be responsible of F&B production and development

  • Be in charge of members’ recognition, experience, preference

  • Be the brand ambassador of the company, learn and understand deeply about the entire story telling in precise and fluent manner

  • Assist leader in Pre-opening related work and preparations

  • Take good care of our members and keep strengthening the relationship with them

  • Be in charge of inhouse activity and program planning, organizing, execution and post-program review and evaluations

  • Conduct training regarding VIP service and enhance customer experience to Ops team members

  • Actively share members’ and guests’ preference in the daily briefing and weekly meeting and work on the analysis of their comments follow by the action plan of improvement

  • Assist Senior Operation Manager in developing and strengthening relationship with potential cooperation partners.

  • Be familiar with the operation of golf simulator, equestrian simulator and snooker table, assist members and owners in using above facilities under proper guidance

  • Take accountability and ownership of the club's operation as well as any interest related

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years work experience in managerial role in hotel Food and Beverage department, or in VIP guest relationship management or experience centre of well-known brand;
• With strong competency on activity planning, organization and execution;
• Strong competency on communications and customer recognition;
• Experience leading a team and good at team planning;
• Excellent interpersonal skill;
• Eyes on details;
• Be flexible on working hours and able to work for long hours;
