The DGM will be responsible for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and culinary excellence. This role requires a strong leader with comprehensive F&B experience, ideally from a luxury hotel background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of both the tea house and the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and culinary standards.

  • Manage and lead a team of over 30 staff members, including service personnel, beverage staff, and kitchen staff.

  • Develop and implement service protocols and operational procedures to enhance guest experience.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in collaboration with the culinary team.

  • Coordinate with external partners, including renowned chefs and service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints, providing effective and timely resolutions.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory control.

  • Develop training programs for staff to maintain and elevate service standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Director of F&B or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service protocols, and culinary standards.

  • Ability to manage relationships with high-profile partners and guests.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships.


Preferred Background:

  • Experience working in Michelin-starred establishments or with renowned chefs is highly desirable.

  • Strong presence and ability to command respect from a highly skilled team.

  • Experience in a private club or exclusive dining environment is an advantage.
