Italian Restaurant Manager (Shanghai) - 意大利餐厅经理（上海）

Our client, a luxury retail brand, is embarking on a new high-end Italian F&B project in Shanghai and is now seeking a Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-opening and operation of the Italian restaurant.
  

Requirements:

• Michelin star and Black Pearl background preferred

• Solid experience in China

• Strong pre-opening experience

• Italian cultural background; Italian nationality preferred
  

• Young and passionate
