Hotel Manager ( Singapore)

Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel brand in Singapore, is seeking a highly skilled Resident Manager or Hotel Manager with a strong background in Room Operations. 

This iconic property offers top-tier services to its guests. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in luxury hotel management, with a focus on guest experience, room operations, and quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, with a primary focus on Rooms Division, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

• Manage all aspects of guest experience, including Butler Service and VIP guest handling, particularly for Head of State and other high-demand guests.

• Lead and mentor the rooms team, ensuring a culture of excellence in service delivery and operational practices.

• Work closely with the F&B department, as well as Security, to ensure seamless integration of services.

• Report directly to the senior leadership team and contribute to strategic decision-making processes related to operational improvements and guest satisfaction.

• Drive high standards of quality service, ensuring that the property maintains its reputation for excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in luxury hotel management, with a strong background in Rooms Operations (Experience in F&B is a plus).

• Exposure to high-end guest services, including Butler Service and managing VIP guests.

• Experience in managing a large-scale hotel with a significant number of rooms (ideally over 500 rooms)

• .Previous experience in Asia, with a preference for candidates from Hong Kong, Bangkok, or other regional markets.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong leadership and management skills, capable of guiding a large team and promoting a positive, guest-centric culture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to work in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
