Strong Knowledge of Cantonese Cuisine as well as Regional Specialties
Has the opportunity and the ability to build his or her team from scratch.
Abel to Train, Mentor and Develop Culinary Associates
Working experience in a 5 Star hotel or Restaurant having a 5 star quality standard
English speaking
