- Orchestrate fun and engaging events, from themed dining nights to live entertainment
- Maintain good relationship with all our guests with personalized service
- Motivate all Team Members provide the guests with exceptional services, such as five-star service standards, personalized service experience and mutual guest interaction
- Identify and develop each Team Member’s strengths to maximise Team performance
- Assess service standards and arrange training sessions and refresher courses for all Team Members
