- Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and brand standards.
- Proven experience in luxury hotels or key landmark properties.
- Strong track record in driving hotel business growth and guest satisfaction.
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic management skills.
