Our client, a leading luxury international hotel in South Korea, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager.
Responsibilities- Oversee all operational departments within the hotel, direct reports will be DOF&B, DOR, DOE, DOSecurity, Fitness & Spa Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Hotel Manager role
- Background in luxury hotels
- Strong expertise in Rooms Division
- Experience in CAPEX planning and/or hotel openings
- Familiarity with working under Asian ownership
- Ability to communicate with Ownership group in Korean
- Understanding of Korean business culture and experience in working with Korean colleagues
- Stable career history (no frequent job changes);
- Korean speaking ability is preferred, not required
