We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead and manage the Kaiseki hot & cold sections in the kitchen of a prestigious Japanese dining establishment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Japanese cuisine and possess exceptional culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall Kaiseki hot & cold sections in the kitchen.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Innovate and create new menu items and restaurant promotions.
Demonstrate hands-on culinary skills and maintain a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
Requirements:
Expertise in Japanese restaurant dining with excellent culinary skills and F&B knowledge in Japanese cuisines.
Must be of Japanese nationality with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a 5-star hotel or Japanese restaurant background.
Achievement of restaurant awards such as Black Pearl, Michelin recommended, or any other recognized restaurant awards is a plus.
Positive thinking and innovative approach to menu creation and restaurant promotions.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
