10-12years’ experience in steakhouse and specialize in aging and charcoal grilled,
Extensive knowledge and experience in different cuts of meat, cooking techniques, seasoning and flavor profiles
Skilled in grilling, broiling, and searing steaks to achieve the desired level of doneness and flavor
Menu development, Food cost control, Inventory management, Staff management, HACCP food safety
