Our client, a luxury retail brand, is now seeking a Chef de Cuisine for their new high-end Italian F&B project in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the organization and supervision of the kitchen department, ensuring the quality and excellence of menu products and dishes, following company standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Background from luxury hotel or high end restaurants;

• Good China experience;

• European background preferred;
